Beautiful relaxation music

Listening to the beautiful music of JS Epperson right at this moment. WOW is all I can say. You know, I’ve been working with relaxation music over the past few years and none of it has quite grabbed me like this music.. Oh my. So deep. So relaxing.

The music literally slides from one moment to the next. Nothing is jarring or out of place. Just so beautiful and hypnotising. Take a listen to this:

relaxation music

A magical, delirious piece of meditation music. This piece is embedded with binaural beat frequencies that shift from a meditative Theta frequency pattern to a 4 minute Gamma burst called the “moment of insight.”

And this is only the beginning. I am so honoured to have found this composer on the world wide web. This is the magic of it. I often complain that I am spending far too much of my time on the web, but then  when a man of this caliber comes along, I am only thrilled that I have discovered his work.

A little on Epperson…  We have a brilliant composer here. Epperson is a best selling rcording artist who is a graduate of the University  Of Southern California Thornton School Of Music.  Jay, as he is called by friends, is a pioneer of music embedded with beta frequencies (this is to assist others with focus), and he is the creator of NeuroTechnology – a copyrighted audio meditation tool.  His  work has appeared on guided meditation projects with Robert Monroe, Dr. Theresa Bullard, Dr. Elisebeth Kübler-Ross, Dr. Charles Tart, Dr. Sudesh Kannan and Matthew Joy. This man is no fly by night composer. He has worked with some of the most inspirational people of the world both past and present.

So in a few words, I am blessed to have somehow connected with a man across the other side of the world, that writes such beautiful relaxation music.  The world wide web definitely has more positives than negatives.
