  1. Thanks! But “a little fruit before” is something that many of us should skip for the liver’ sake. it has to do with the enzymes production which is wired to the Sun. In the Winter time especially.

    • I think you’re right there. I’m sure the natural sugar content would not help with the sleeping either. I think I need to make a few changes here. Kind wishes, Jason.
